I had to request via phone for them to email them to me. Now the website won’t allow me to gain access to any reports that are more than 6 months old. I actually switched to BofA for my business over a year ago, and the only reason I kept my this app account open was to be able to access my bank records for tax purposes. However, their business banking platform is completely useless. I opened my this app account because I have privately banked with them for years, and they had been relatively competent with private banking. They consistently transfer me to the wrong departments, drop my calls, etc. I have wasted hours and hours of my life with their customer service reps repeatedly throughout the last several years. The online app is worthless, the desktop online banking portal looks like a website from 1990. It’s been the most frustrating, worst experience. Don’t even bother opening a business account with Citi.
